MOOSESTACHES FOR SECOND GRADE

Today I had the pleasure of being Bella's second grade class's story time reader. Since books are one of my favorite things (especially children's books!), it was a real treat to spend the afternoon sharing some of mine and Bella's favorites with her classmates. Two that we chose to share were Bedhead and Moosestache by Margie Palatini. Afterwords the kids received their own "moosestache" pencil which they are modeling above!

ISABELLA GOES TO DISNEY WORLD

This Spring Break we journeyed to Orlando to allow Isabella to experience the wonders of Walt Disney World for the very first time. 

THE PEABODY HOTEL

We took a mini vacation to one of our favorite nearby hotels this Spring Break - The Peabody Hotel in Orlando. The girls had never been but the immediately made themselves at home. The hotel is always lovely and their service and staff amazing.While they loved the ducks I think the favorite spot was the club floor, where they found a seemingly never ending supply of gourmet snacks each morning and evening! Isabella was also seriously impressed with the television in the bathroom that was part of the mirror! Ok, I guess we were all impressed with that...The majority of the following photos were taken by Isabella.
